1 – Customer note

The images displayed on the site are a reference to the model being purchased. The work you will receive is not that of the site, but one made in its image and similarity with the characterization of discretion, shape, size and color. As all works are manually produced, image differences are required and features of a single piece.

2 – User registration

Anyone can visit our online store by simply accessing a computer with an Internet connection and searching the website www.alicediniz.com. However, whenever you want to make purchases in our store you must make a first registration-customer card, with the filling of your personal data, choosing at the time a password (password) that you should keep confidential. For more information on the processing of this data, please refer to our privacy policy. After registration you can make purchases and check the status of orders.

3 – Make purchases

Purchases are made using the "Order" button on the form of each product. As soon as you click on it, the product is added to your shopping cart, which you can access via its link. After choosing the products you should then follow the link "View Order", where you can delete products or rectify quantities, and then "Finalize" your order through the respective link, where you will confirm it. After this procedure you can then complete your order, the confirmation of which will arrive by e-mail, accompanied by the order number. By following the "Manage Account" link you can track the status of your order at any time.

4 – Payment

All orders can be paid: on charge (plus 3.90€), by bank transfer, ATM (plus 1.00€), PayPal (plus 5%) or MB WAY.

5 – Order change

You can make changes to orders through the contact area, and you should always mention the order number. If the order has already been shipped, it will be impossible to make the change.

6 – Postage and shipment

Deliveries are made at the address provided by the customer, anywhere in the country, or in the world. In advance the customer will be contacted by email, communicating their sending. The shipping cost is at the customer's expense.
You can pick up the order at our physical store in Algés, after confirmation of availability of the order, without any charge of shipping and shipping.

7 – Notes

All prices indicated on the products are exclusive for online purchases.

The appearance of the products may vary with respect to the images contained on our website. The description and characteristics of the products may be changed without notice.
In case of return, the customer will be responsible for all the costs related to the transport already incurred so far, as well as the reshipment to our facilities. All returns must be agreed in advance with our service.
